Namita Vikas is an award-winning senior business leader, ex banker and sustainability strategist with over three decades of experience across banking, finance, and technology. A former CXO at India’s fourth-largest private bank, she pioneered first-to-market green finance products, including India’s maiden green bond, and has mobilised over US$1 billion in green capital. She founded auctusESG Global in 2020 and has since led 30+ projects across 19 geographies with governments, global financial institutions, regulators, UN agencies, and DFIs, spanning across sustainable finance development, climate risk management, natural capital financing, transition planning, ESG and climate-responsive fiscal and monetary policy development.

Recognised as Sustainability Thought Leader of the Year 2025, Namita serves on global advisory boards and is based between London and Mumbai.
